End of Season Tournaments

Tournament time is here!  For those of you that are new to the process, please read!

All 2nd through 6th grade boys and girls teams will be scheduled to participate in the end of season tournaments unless you specifically opt out.

There are 140+ teams that will be participating and we are creating custom brackets for each division.  This is not a Top 6 single elimination situation.  Each division is reviewed and we split the teams up so the brackets can be as competitive and fun as possible.  For some divisions this means 1 bracket, for others it means 4 brackets where the generic Gold (double elimination) and Silver (single elimination) are expanded to fit the talent in the division.

Once this process is completed the brackets are created and the scheduling process begins where we review capacity and schedule requests.  Scheduling requests are always taken into consideration, however they are NOT guaranteed.  Games have to take place in sequence and conflicts may or may not happen based on if you win or lose.  It's impossible to build a bracket that will take into account all possibilities.  If based on your results, you end up with a conflict, please let us know so we can take the appropriate actions and adjust if possible.

As I'm sure you are aware, this is a time consuming process for the league and it's commissioners to pull together.  Schedules are typically available beginning on Wednesday at the earliest and then finalized by Thursday night so we can then assign officials and get trophies ready.

As always, please email me if you have any questions or need further clarification.  Thanks!
