Our Mission

North Texas Youth Basketball Association (NTYBA) is comprised of four youth sports associations that serve the families of Argyle, Denton, Krum and Northwest independent school districts.  The primary focus of the NTYBA is to provide a safe and competitive environment for the children to learn, develop and enhance their skills, in game situations, prior to entering into their respective school programs.

REGISTRATION

The registration deadline for the 2023-24 winter season is November 12th.  At the time of registration, each association will need to inform the league how many teams are participating and in which grades.  They will also need to communicate what facilities they will have available to host games along with any potential blackout dates.

Independent Teams

Independent teams are welcome to join the league as well, please e-mail or call us directly to get more information.

Our Facilities

The NTYBA currently utilizes local school facilities that are made available by the youth sports associations that represent each district.

It is absolutely paramount that the participants and parents of each association do their absolute best to respect the facilities we practice and compete in so that we can continue to use them.  This means we must keep the facilities clean, organized and in better shape than we found them.
